What We Do
Our core activities and responsibilities
Startup Acceleration (IdeaUp): Design and run ESADE's flagship 7-month startup accelerator, guiding 100+ students from idea to MVP, supported by mentors, workshops, and investor exposure.
Consulting & Problem Solving (Case Cracking): Organize real-world consulting competitions in partnership with top firms, where students solve and pitch business cases in a high-pressure environment.
Career Discovery (Talent Internships): Create accessible, low-pressure career experiences connecting early-year students with companies, alumni, and professional opportunities.
Ecosystem Building & Exposure: Collaborate with startups, VCs, corporates, and accelerators across Barcelona to bring real-world exposure into every event.
End-to-End Event Execution: From outreach and sponsorships to logistics and delivery we manage every stage of high-impact events with professional standards.

Hannah Abena Forba Taylor is an author and public speaker currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Transformational Leadership and Social Impact at ESADE. She is passionate about innovation, with a growing focus on artificial intelligence and its application to everyday life. Driven by purpose, faith, and global perspective, she is committed to creating meaningful impact through leadership, ideas, and service.
